Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Singapore, with international shipping to selected countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, drop us a note via the contact page and we'll see what we can do.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your bag ships from our warehouse and arrives within 7–14 business days. We'll send you a tracking link the moment it's on its way.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free on all orders — always.

Can I request doorstep delivery?

Yes — leave a delivery note at checkout and our courier will leave your parcel at the door where possible. Please note we can't be responsible for parcels lost after a confirmed doorstep drop-off.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number and we'll update the address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Payment

What payment options do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

For Singapore orders, tax is included in the listed price. For international orders, import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer promotions or seasonal discounts?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.

How do I make a return?

Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes — exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Reach out with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund it in full. Once shipped, please follow the return process instead.

I received an incorrect or defective product.

We're sorry! Send us a photo of the item and your order number via the contact page within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping.

Can I still return the item if I removed the tag?

Unfortunately no — items must be unused with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

How do I care for my bag?

Our bags are made from artificial (vegan) leather. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth — avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat, and store in the dust bag provided when not in use.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

Product photos are taken under studio lighting, so slight color variations may occur in different lighting conditions, such as natural or indoor lighting.

Will my laptop fit?

Fit depends on the style — check the SIZE section on each product page for exact dimensions. Our larger totes comfortably fit a 16-inch laptop and hold a 40oz tumbler upright.

Is the hardware prone to tarnishing?

Our hardware is finished to resist everyday wear, but like all metal fittings it can dull over time with exposure to moisture and friction. Wipe dry if it gets wet and avoid contact with perfumes or lotions.
